Our Story

We're over a decade into the solar revolution, and yet it's harder than ever to find well-maintained, fully operational solar projects. With so many installations out there, identifying the original owner is a challenge in itself—let alone tracking ownership when it's changed hands two, three, even ten times. The complexity only deepens when you consider the legal documents, energy flow, pricing, and constantly shifting policies. It's all too much for most to manage effectively.

As firm believers in sustainability, clean energy, and the future of our planet, we couldn't stand by and watch as these projects fell into disrepair or inefficiency. We couldn't believe it wasn't easier to keep these vital sources of clean energy running smoothly. Maybe we were a little naive, but that only fueled our determination. Instead of just talking about the problem, we decided to take action and purchase these projects to keep them online.

Mind Blowing

It blew our minds to see so many solar projects barely operating or fully broken. Knowing that these systems are critical to our future, we couldn't just stand by and watch.

We are an active company, committed to making a difference —working tirelessly to secure a sustainable future through the power of renewable energy.

We Are Problem Hungry

Along our journey, we've met incredible people, each facing their own unique challenges. Whether it's someone for whom solar isn't their primary job, a property owner with an out-of-business solar company still on their roof, a landlord who jumped in without fully understanding the complexities, or a solar company simply no longer interested in maintaining the project—the stories are endless

The more we talk with these solar stakeholders, the more stories we hear, and the hungrier we become to help. We thrive on solving these challenges by purchasing projects and getting them back on track.

The variety of situations is endless: a church with a failing system they can't afford to fix, a manufacturing plant changing ownership, a school district looking to simplify operations, a solar company with stranded assets, a bank with a foreclosed property, or a family who inherited a system they don't want. Each story reinforces our mission: no solar system should be abandoned when it can continue producing clean energy.

We Are a People Company

What we've learned is that while the problems can be complex, the main issue is that people just need help. That's why we are a people-facing company. We speak with customers, utilities, banks, solar companies, engineers—building relationships every step of the way.

This world spins on two things: energy and relationships. We aim to harness both to create a brighter, more sustainable future.
