Sound familiar?

  • Looking to recapitalize operating assets and redeploy into new development
  • Cost of capital has risen and older projects need more maintenance just as state incentives wind down
  • Federal policy changes pushing capital toward new development
  • Orphan projects from an acquisition, defunct partner, or end-of-life fund vintage
  • Stranded projects in states you've moved on from

What you get

Recycle capital into new development
Turn operating legacy projects into cash you can redeploy, without a 30-day portfolio review first.
Sell one project or a bundle
We value individual projects in 23 seconds. Sell the ones you want out of and keep the rest.
Stop rolling trucks
O&M, monitoring, warranty claims, host calls: all of it transfers to us at close.

How a sale works

Three steps. Nothing is binding until you sign our written offer.

  1. Send us the list

Address, size, COD year and whatever contracts you still have. Missing documentation is normal for legacy vintages.

  2. LOI per project or per bundle

Price, terms and timeline in writing. You choose the structure that fits your fund or balance sheet.

  3. Close in tranches if you need to

The LOI sets the timeline. We coordinate with your lenders, offtakers and site hosts.

How we're different

We don't need clean portfolios or perfect documentation, and we'll value individual projects in 23 seconds — not 30 days. We only buy post-ITC-recapture, so the tax structure is straightforward.
